After the "Fox Hunt" Coppa Challenge sponsored by the Italian Aeroclub in 1924, the same competition took place in the following years, included the 1927 one - which, scheduled on March 27th, was delayed until April, sunday 4th, due to bad weather, the day that Felisi, with his camera, filmed the departure sequence: we can see some among the hot air balloons taking part in the challenge. The "Verona City Cup" in that year was assigned to Lt. Colonel Leone and the Indomito II balloon.
