From a balcony in Piazza Stesicoro, a shot of one of the highlights of the feast of Saint Agatha: the ascent of the Capuchins. A white stream of devotees in the traditional white sack precedes the passage of the "fercolo" (or, in Catanese, "a vara") carrying the saint's relics. The city is in celebration. A fireworks display fills the clear sky of the early February afternoon with smoke, greeting 'the Saint' before the procession sets off uphill.
