The "Day" became "Festival" after teh first edition in 1930, and here, in its fifth, they celebrate behind Porta Venezia Park in Milan. The Celebration was born for a double reason: on the one hand, to lift grapes and wine consumption by the Italian people and avoid wasting the surplus production; on the other, to have a grip on Italian pasotral folklore and traditions, strengthening the party ideology.
