Amleto Giovanni Cicognani, made Cardinal by Pope Giovanni XXIII, gets back to Brisighella, where he was born, soon after he was appointed as such. Nominated Archbishop in 1933, in that same year he became also Apostolic Legate in the United States, beside several other roles, for the following 25 years - until the episcopate. Gaetano Cicognani, his brother (we see him getting out of the car and walking behind Amleto) had been appointed Cardinal as well in 1953.
