Monkeys and giraffes, bears and even a trained seal. But the animal catching the eye the most is the "Korean Panther" - which turns out being just a "regular" leopard. What is now Rome Biopark, was known as a "Zoo" already in 1911, when it was inaugurated. The ephemeral success was due to World War First, mostly, leadign the area under City Hall control adn undergoing several changes throughout the years, until the Biopark transformation at the end of the century.
