Documentary film made by Franco Cigarini for the IX edition of the Youth Winter Games, held in Cerreto Laghi (Reggio Emilia) from the 6th to the 9th of March, 1978. The images are accompanied by Flavia de Lucis's voice who performs the texts by Remo Musumeci. The athletes, come from the entire country, swarm in Cerreto Laghi with their energy. The voice over introuduces the small town on the Apennines nearby Reggio Emilia, which will host the sport event.
