Documentary commissioned by the province consortium for technical and professional education of Reggio Emilia, made with the aim to encourage the young ones to enroll in Professional Institutes. Students walk the streets in Reggio Emilia. A superimposed diagram shows the increase in the enrollments concerning professional institutes between 1965 and 1970. Figures go from 2.016 enrolled people in the 1965-66 school year to 3.060 enrolled people in 1969-70.
