Giuseppe Soncini, president of the Santa Maria Nuova Hospital, joyfully accompanies him. The Novellara visit, which happend on May 22nd, 1982, highlights a special relationship between the Reggio Emilia terrotory and the Suthern Africa countries, and becomes a part of the president's jorney in some European capital cities.
