Reggio Emilia sends help and reinforcement to Porto Tolle, in the Municipality of Rovigo, to assist the people victim of the 1966 flood. The river Po overflow and the sirocco wind did not let the river to discharge in the sea, causing one of the greatest floods of the place. Porto Tolle was flooded by the Adriatic Sea on November 4th, 1966.
