The Polish delegation comes to visit Reggio Emilia from Bydgoszcz, for the signing of the twinning of the two cities, the Polish and the Emilian one. The agreement was signed on April 12, 1962. During their stay, the delegation visits the Rosta Nuova district. Here, Józef Wybicki Road is inaugurated, paying trubute to the Polish patriot who wrote the future Polish anthem in Reggio Emilia itself.
