The commemorative plaque for Józef Wybicki, put on City Hall walls in Piazza Prampolini, is officially inaugurated. The plaque, covered by both the Polish and Italian flag, is unveiled among applause. Attending, beside a copious group of poeple - among whom there are several children in the front row - the Polish delegation representatives, Ugo Benassi and Giuseppe Soncini.
