This film documents the visit of two fascist delegations to the Colombani factory, located in Portomaggiore and specialised in jams, fruit juices and fruit in syrup. The film includes detailed scenes from inside the factory: a worker fuels the boiler for cooking jams, built in 1933, with coal, and there are shots of the machinery in operation and of the production processes. We see workers carrying wooden buckets full of liquid (probably tomato puree) and details of the steaming machinery. The workers, intent on bending and arranging wooden crates, mix liquids with precision using machines equipped with funnels, and weigh the boxes on scales to ensure the quality and consistency of the product.
