At Ferragosto in 1961, cinematographer Adele Mussoni captures more scenes from the local fair in Rimini. The first shot shows plates of roast meat and chicken on a spit, slowly turning over the fire. The next scene shifts to a woman in the middle of the crowd, cooking a piadina on the street, a dish that is a symbol of local tradition. The camera then continues inside a seaside restaurant, where a waitress brings a piadina to the table. The final scene sees two children sitting at a table while a waiter brings them two plates.
