Between 1969 and 1970, Franco Cigarini documented daily life in the Holiday Home of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia, in Cesenatico, a summer camp for children. The footage shows the children engaged in outdoor activities: in the garden, they share a meal on two long tables, while some, dressed as American Indians, cook on a bonfire. A frying pan sizzles over the flame, next to bread skewered, as if on a spit, toasting over the same embers.
