In the summer of 1964, Giuseppe Lenzi documented the ascent by cable car with friends to the Toni Demetz Hut at the Sassolungo Pass. From the moving lift, the camera captures mountains shrouded in clouds and details of the cables and lift mechanisms. Upon reaching the summit, the footage shows the group moving through thick fog, returning to the valley after a stop at the hut.
