There are two reasons for which this small hamlet is seminal both to Sardinian and Italian culture: one traditional, being the destination of the curridoris, hundreds of barefoot in a white robe carrying a vessel, symbol of the Santu Srabadori Christ, all the way from Cabras, only to bring it back the day after. The second one, more "cult", since the village was used, during the genre golden age, as a film set for Italian Spaghetti Western movies, even with a Posada ("inn"). This happened because of the architectural traits of the village, quite fit for it to be turned into a fiction frontier pueblo.
