Captain of fortune, form Brisighella, Dionigi Naldi was a Captain for Venice, considered to be among the most loyal in its position of leader. teh 1975 celebration aimed to reenact Naldi's deeds, with 500 people historically dressed with XVI century costumes, coming also and mostly fro outside Venice: Brisighella, Faenza, Assisi, from Val di Lamone in Romagna, and also 150 landsknecht from Landshut, in Germany, armed with spikes four metres long and protagonist in San Marco Square.
