In 1966 and 1967, Franco Cigarini takes part to the "La Fête de l'Humanité" in Paris. He will film some moments of the celebration, and will make a documentary, "La plus grande fête de France", with other images shot in 1966 - film commissioned by the Italian Communist Party "Togliatti" section in Reggio Emilia. The images show an interview made to Herbert Axelrad, added editor-in-chief of the "Le Nouveau Clarté" monthly magazine, inside the pavilion dedicated to the October Revolution 50th Anniversary.
