In 1959, the amateur filmmaker captures upward views of the Royal Castle of Sarre, located in Lalex, in the Aosta Valley. In a meadow in front of the castle sit Virgiliana Buratti Zanchi, together with her mother Clotilde Zanchi di Zan and a young woman. Close-up shots follow of the Dora Baltea stream and the surrounding waterfalls, completing the depiction of the area’s natural landscape.
