In 1960, Don Vitalini documented an alpine excursion on Mount Torena (Orobie Alps), showing a high-mountain landscape characterized by rocky slopes, residual snow, and alpine flora, with particular attention to edelweiss. The camera follows a solitary mountaineer ascending the steep slopes, alternating wide panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys with naturalistic details such as plants and small mountain animals, probably chamois or ibex.
