In 1973, Don Fornasari filmed a day's excursion on Monte Lama, in the Parma Apennines. The camera follows a man from behind as he observes the panorama, then focuses on the details of nature: wildflowers sprouting among the rocks and white and orange pansies, and the woods alternating with the ridges. Among the trees, a sign indicating a hunting reserve also appears. In the finale, the hiker continues toward the high ground, while the camera lingers on the rocks of Monte Lama and a cow grazing peacefully in the meadow.
