Filmed by Paolo Oggiano in 1980, the footage captures a collective excursion to Monte Gonare, in central Sardinia, between the territories of Sarule and Orani. The camera follows the group along dirt roads immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. The sequences show a picnic stop in the shade of the trees, moments of walking on the paths, and a gathering at stone buildings and a bus. The filming is enriched with panoramic views of the valley below and concludes near the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Gonare.
