After a two-year ban on the "Paolo Marino" stadium following a violent protest toward the referee from the supporters in February 1974, the Folgore Sport Association is back, playing here its soccer games. The area, meanwhile, has changed, and the new sports facility is inaugurated on this day. In its beginning stages, different sports representatives from Castelvetrano walk the field - basketball, mini-basket, track and field, tennis: all with the town brass band playing in hte background.
