A morning activity in Spring is to milk the goat. Once the milking is over, Ettore brings the goat from fold, in the open air, tying it to a post in the field, though: goats, unlike sheep, are not residing animals and have the tendency to roam a lot, beside being quite voracious and harmful to the crop.
