Between 1969 and 1970, at the Holiday House of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia in Cesenatico, a group of children prepare for a cooking activity on the beach. They bring with them wooden crates and trays full of rolled out pasta, ready for cooking. Once on the beach, young women, probably the chaperone-animators, take care of the preparation and cook the fried gnocchi and sausages in pots over the embers. The dumplings, as soon as they are ready, are carried in a wheelbarrow and distributed to all the children, who happily enjoy them.
