"We are in Romitello in 1960," recites the amateur filmmaker Nicola Tocco in a voiceover. Tocco filmed a trip to Romitello, a panoramic location near Partinico. The film opens with a long panoramic shot over the valley descending towards the sea. Shortly after, a parked Fiat 600 appears along the road: the passengers get out to admire the view from the low wall that dominates the valley. The filming continues in a dirt clearing where a concrete structure and other cars are visible. People move between the road and the edge of the slope, conversing and pointing at the landscape. Tocco then dedicates a closer shot to the town spread out on the plain below, probably Partinico. In the final part, the camera enters a restaurant with large windows.
